When you have finished your purchase, The TKI Package will immediately be placed in your private account for six months, which includes two TKI assessments (with modified instructions) and the online Kilmann Organizational Conflict Instrument (KOCI).

Meanwhile, using your same charge card, we will schedule your final automatic payment for two months later in the amount of $375, which brings your total payment to $875 (the regular purchase price of The TKI Package).

If your group purchase is for a Quantity of 1 to 4 persons, we will schedule the final automatic payment for two months later at $375 per person, which brings the total payments for your group to $875 per person.

If your group purchase is for a Quantity of 5 or more persons, we will schedule the final automatic payment for two months later at $275 per person (instead of $375 per person), which sets the quantity discounted price for TKIP at $775 per member: a savings of $100 per member.

After you complete your checkout for a group purchase (for either 1 other person or for a group), download The KD_Spreadsheet for Creating Group Accounts and follow the instructions. Even if you are purchasing this course collection for 1 other person, still send us a completed spreadsheet for just this one person. If you wish to include yourself in your group purchase, be sure to list your relevant information on the spreadsheet along with the required information for the other participants in your group.

When we import your spreadsheet into our website, The TKI Package will automatically be placed in the existing (or newly created) private account of everyone listed. Each person will immediately receive an account email from Kilmann Diagnostics, which provides the credentials and instructions for accessing The TKI Package, including several online assessment tools, for the next six months.
