Dr. Kilmann is the CEO of Kilmann Diagnostics, an e-learning platform that faithfully extends his previous four decades as a distinguished professor at the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Ralph received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in business from Carnegie Mellon University and his Ph.D. degree in management from the University of California, Los Angeles. Throughout his four decades of teaching, consulting, and research on social systems, he has authored or co-authored more than 20 books, 100 articles, and 10 assessment tools on the four timeless topics of conflict management, change management, expanding consciousness, and quantum transformation.
