An Upgrade Path to Our Two Course Collections
If you’ve previously purchased one or more of our online courses (whether still active or expired), you can apply the full amount you paid toward the regular price of one of our course collections—provided those courses are included in the collection.
For example, BASIC Training in Conflict Management can be applied toward either collection, since it’s included in both. However, courses that are not part of a collection are not eligible, and upgrades apply only to course collections (not individual courses).
You can also apply your full purchase of The TKI Package toward The Complete Program. When upgrading, TKIs previously included will not be duplicated. Please note that other products, such as standalone TKI assessments, are not eligible for upgrade credit.
This upgrade option allows you to start with individual courses and later transition to a full collection while maximizing your original investment. Course collections offer greater value, extended access, certification opportunities, and include two TKI assessments.

To upgrade, simply submit the Upgrade Form in the following section. Once we confirm your previous purchases, you can complete the process through our Special Payments Page. Access to your upgraded collection will be available shortly after you have completed your purchase.
