Workbook Volumes I, II and III are pdf files that you can purchase for $90 each, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program. This is our way of ensuring that our extensive materials for quantum transformation will be used as intended. See below for more information about these materials, including the Overhead Slides Volumes I, II, and III, as well as the Logistics Manual and Consultant Schedules for Implementing the Tracks.
As a total package, the three volumes provide all the essential materials (cases, exercises, instruments, surveys, group discussions, ethical guidelines, and logistical procedures) so all organizational members can actively—and effectively—participate in quantum transformation.
All the materials are professionally and aesthetically designed into one-day-per-month workshop sessions: the most practical—and beautiful—combination of workshop materials ever developed for organizational transformation. Moreover, the Workbooks are not a pick-and-choose collection of previously available items, but are a completely integrated program of original materials.
Workbook Volume I provides three workshop sessions in the culture track and three workshop sessions in the skills track. These six one-day workshop sessions for all participants in the program, usually conducted during a six-month period (one workshop per month), provide the essential foundation for establishing healthy cultural norms and learning the vital skills in people management, problem management (including assumptional analysis), and time management.
These one-day workshops in Volume I also include numerous progress reports and group discussions so all members can assess what has improved, stayed the same, or become worse since the improvement program began—so they can proceed more consciously with self-transformation. All subsequent activities in Workbooks Volumes II and III build upon the cultural norms and skill development addressed throughout Workbook Volume I.
Workbook Volume I is a 882-page pdf file that you can purchase for $90, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program.

Slides Volume I is a pdf file that you can purchase for $90, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program. This is our way of ensuring that our extensive materials for quantum transformation will be used as intended. A total of 403 presentation slides visually portray the core concepts and methods for the first two tracks of Kilmann’s eight-track program for achieving quantum transformation. These presentation slides are organized into separate chapters for each of the one-day workshops in the program and are paginated to correspond to the identical page in the Workbook for Implementing the Tracks: Volume I.
Workbook Volume II provides three workshop sessions in the team track, which completes the first three tracks of the eight-track program. Proceeding with the next two tracks in the program involves a one-day workshop in the strategy-structure track and a one-day workshop in the reward system track. Volume II then provides the materials and group discussions for the next workshop sessions in these two tracks in order to redesign the formal systems in the organization.
These several workshops for the strategy-structure and the reward system tracks are intended for two task forces of about 25 participants each (one task force for each track), who represent all specialties, levels, and locations in the organization. The last chapter in Volume II, Chapter 15, provides five self-report assessments for evaluating important aspects of organizational functioning (relative to when these assessment tools were taken much earlier in the program), which sets the stage for additional work sheets and group discussions to close the identified gaps between “what is” and “what could or should be.” All materials in Volume II extend the lessons from Volume I.
Workbook Volume II is a 796-page pdf file that you can purchase for $90, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program.

Slides Volume II is a pdf file that you can purchase for $90, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program. This is our way of ensuring that our extensive materials for quantum transformation will be used as intended. A total of 325 presentation slides visually portray the core concepts and methods for the middle tracks of Kilmann’s eight-track program for achieving quantum transformation. These presentation slides are organized into separate chapters for each of the one-day workshops in the program and are paginated to correspond to the identical page in the Workbook for Implementing the Tracks: Volume II.
Workbook Volume III begins with two one-day workshop sessions in the gradual process track—highlighting the most value-added principles and practices from total quality management (which can only succeed AFTER successfully implementing the prior five tracks). Volume III then provides a one-day workshop session for the radical process track—highlighting the best principles and practices from business process reengineering and process innovation (which can only succeed AFTER the proper foundation has been created with the prior six tracks). This latter one-day workshop also includes an introduction to the learning process track—providing the best approaches to organizational learning (which must be built on the successful implementation of the prior seven tracks).
These three process tracks constitute the newest aspects of the sequential eight-track program, expanding upon the original five system tracks (covering both the informal and formal systems in the organization). As such, Volume III makes extensive use of all the prior materials and discussions in Volume I and Volume II.
Workbook Volume III is a 450-page pdf file that you can purchase for $90, so long as you have already been certified in The Complete Program.

INDEX
This pdf file (only for consultants, not for participants) provides the typical time allocations for the hourly activities in fifteen one-day workshops in Kilmann’s eight-track program. These time estimates are averages from having conducted these workshop sessions many times with many different types of organizations. Naturally, consultants must adjust their time estimates for each activity in order to meet the unique needs of their audience.
