Kilmann Diagnostics is a professional firm that specializes in resolving conflict throughout the world. As a co-creator of the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), we make expert use of the TKI and other assessment tools.
In addition to presentations, workshops, and coaching sessions, Kilmann Diagnostics offers an eight-hour, online course: Advanced Training in Conflict Management. This live course provides expert knowledge about using the TKI and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to improve—and renew—organizations. At the end of the course, upon successful completion of a final exam, you will receive a Certificate for Advanced Training in Conflict Management.
NOTE: We use GoToMeeting for conducting our online course. To make sure you have the necessary computer hardware, software, and Internet service for Advanced Training in Conflict Management, see Technical Specs. For example, we highly recommend a USB headset for best audio quality.

Yes, we have group rates for our online course:
2 to 3 people = $325 per person
4 to 6 people = $300 per person
7 to 9 people = $275 per person
10 or more = $250 per person
Once you have formed a group, Contact Us with everyone's name and e-mail address. We will then send a separate invoice to each member of your group. After everyone in your group has paid the invoice, each member will then receive the Enrollment Form, a link to take the TKI and the MBTI, the steps and code for attending the course via GoToMeeting, and the Course Manual.
