Taking the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict-Mode Instrument
Below you'll find a pull-down menu that allows you to purchase: (1) only the TKI assessment and your personalized report or (2) both the TKI and the MBTI assessments and your two personalized reports.
Once you have completed your purchase, PayPal will forward you to a dedicated page on CPP's (the publisher's) SkillsOne Website, which provides step-by-step instructions for taking one or both assessments online. After you've completed all your responses to the instrument(s), you'll receive your personalized report(s), via e-mail, within forty-eight hours.
Please note: If you plan on taking Advanced Training in Conflict Management, do not purchase the TKI and MBTI assessments here—since both these instruments are included in the price of our online course. Instead, once you have selected and purchased a class date and time, you'll be able to take both assessments wihtout any additional payments.
Special Instructions for Purchasing Multiple Assessments
If you are purchasing assessments for other people, after you click the button "Buy Now" below, a PayPal page will appear where you can indicate the number of assessments you wish to order. Next click "Update Totals." Then log in to your PayPal account. When the next PayPal page appears, click the link: "List Names for Multiple Assessments." When that text box appears, type the name of each person who'll be taking the assessment(s), which must match the number of assessments you are purchasing. Then click "Pay Now" at the bottom of that page.
