Class Schedule for the Online Course:
Advanced Training in Conflict Management
Below you will find a drop-down menu that allows you to select and then purchase a class date and time for Advanced Training in Conflict Management. The puchase price of this online course includes the Thomas-Kilmann and the Myers-Briggs assessments and personalized pdf reports (a $75 value if purchased separately) as well as the 132 page Course Manual (an additional $50 value).
Once you have completed your purchase, PayPal will forward you to a dedicated page on CPP's (the publisher's) SkillsOne Website, which provides step-by-step instructions for taking both assessments online. After you've completed all your responses to the two instruments, you'll receive your two personalized reports in a pdf file within forty-eight hours.
Please allow yourself about forty-five to sixty minutes for completing both instruments online. If you don't have the time for that right now, please make sure to complete both instruments at least forty-eight hours before your class is scheduled to begin. Your TKI and MBTI Reports are an integral part of the online course and you'll need them throughout your eight-hour class. Just so you know, I use these reports to prepare for teaching each class.

Yes, group rates are available:
2 to 3 people = $425 per person
4 to 6 people = $400 per person
7 to 9 people = $375 per person
10 or more = $350 per person
Once you have formed a group, Contact Me with everyone's name and e-mail address. I will then send a separate invoice to each member of your group. Only after everyone in your group has paid his/her invoice, will each member receive the Enrollment Form, a link to take the TKI and the MBTI online, the steps and code for attending the course via GoToMeeting, and the Course Manual. Following this procedure, group members can also attend different classes.
